How do I get a quote?
Send us an enquiry through the Contact page. We will arrange an initial consultation and site review, then prepare a scope of work and cost estimate based on your drawings, specifications and quantities.
Do you work from existing drawings and specifications?
Yes. We build from approved drawings and specifications. Where design input or specialist advice is needed, we will say so early and coordinate with appropriately qualified professionals.
Can you renovate while we are still using the building?
In many cases, yes. We coordinate works to reduce avoidable disruption to occupied premises and agree access and sequencing with you beforehand.
How do you handle changes to the scope?
Variations are agreed with you before additional work is carried out, except where urgent action is agreed or legally required.
What happens after handover?
We conduct a joint inspection and snag list, complete agreed outstanding items and hand over relevant records. We then respond to agreed defects in line with the contract and any warranty terms.
